Complaint details:	我上星期陪同父亲到青岛谈一宗生意，因为父亲从没到过青岛，也对中国不很认识。最后我们却留下了非常痛心的回忆。我们被青岛人骗了！什么谈生意都是假的，只是一班没良心的青岛人对外国人设下的骗局。我父亲怀着对中国华人的尊重和信任，却在到达青岛后两天内被骗走了大概马币五万。这班骗子本来还想继续欺骗更多，但后来发觉我们起了疑心，就躲起来了。 可惜的是，当地公关对此案不表示积极，推卸责任，用＂不是他们的管辖区＂作借口，把我们从这个派出所推到那个派出所，来回总共把我们推了3-4个地方。在国外被欺骗已经很气，又被一群公安像足球般踢来踢去，折腾到半夜，心中的愤怒和沮丧真的一生难忘。 这班骗子的目标显然是国外（尤其是马来西亚和新加坡）的小商人。因为这些小商人回国后就根本无法对付他们。 看见爸爸的遭遇，我心痛不已。 为了防止他们再伤害其他人，我只能在网上散播这个事件，揭穿他们的真面目。很侥幸我在餐厅拍了他们的照片！ 希望大家帮帮忙，把这件事传出去！ I went to Qingdao with my father last week, was accompanying him to meet somebody there for business discussion.Unfortunately, it was a scam. My father lost about 50 thousands Malaysia Ringgit. It could be more than this figure but luckily we realized their actual intention in day 2 after we arrived Qingdao. The local police doesn't really seem helpful, we left Qingdao with deep disappointment. It was a painful experience. What we could do now is to sabotage them in the internet and create public awareness about them to prevent them from hurting other people. Their targets are obviously decent businessmen from Malaysia and Singapore. I hope all of us could help to spread this in the internet such as create as many blogs, friendster pages or fb pages etc using this name "青岛嘉和大地科贸有限公司".  This could help when their new "target" tries to search this company name using any search engine, this news (especially if it's a blog) will come out. 行骗目标：海外商人/供应商，特别是来自：吉隆坡，新加坡等国家 SCAMMER’S TARGET:​Product suppliers/businessmen especially from countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, etc.   破绽 SLIPS： 1-​名片上公司的地址（青岛市长沙路7号）是虚构的，青岛警方在长沙路查无此公司！并发现一些寄往该公司地址的包裹（来自海外的产品样本），被邮差搁在长沙路路边的一个小摊铺。摊铺里的主人表示，邮差找不到地址就把东西搁下。 The local police had found that the company address printed on the scammers’ business cards (No. 7, Changsha Road, Qingdao, P.R. China) is not a valid address. It was also found that some parcels from other countries addressed to this company were left at a roadside stall at Changsha Road. According to the stall lady, the parcels were left by the local courier service due to the inability to locate the company address.   2-​其中有位成员（周新博）名片上的手机号和邮箱是假的。警方也怀疑，他们所有人名片上的名字也都是虚构的。 ​One of the scammers (Zhou Xin Bo) had printed fake mobile number and fake email address on his business card. The local police also suspected that all their names printed on business cards are fake names.   3-​公司的网站www.zgqdjck.com，仔细研究下，发觉都是纯粹抄袭其他企业公司的网站，甚至公司背景，产品图片都是从其他公司的网站剪贴下来的。网站上的表格（询问表格，应征表格等），根本无法操作。 Every single detail in their company website www.zgqdjck.com is a complete plagiarism from other companies’ websites; including company background, products and services + pictures. The forms (i.e. enquiry form, recruitment form etc) in their website are not functioning; they are just jpeg images (from screenshots) stolen from other companies’ websites. ​ 例子EXAMPLES： ​(i) ​骗子网站Scammer’s website：http://www.zgqdjck.com/new_page_2.htm ​抄袭来源Actual source from：http://www.cncie.com/about.asp   ​(ii) 骗子网站Scammer’s website：http://www.zgqdjck.com/new_page_4.htm 抄袭来源Actual source from：http://jbgj.cn/cn/products_list.aspx   (iii) 骗子网站Scammer’s website：http://www.zgqdjck.com/new_page_7.htm, 抄袭来源Actual source from：http://jbgj.cn/cn/contact.aspx   (iv) 骗子网站Scammer’s website：http://www.zgqdjck.com/new_page_1.htm 抄袭来源Actual source from：http://jbgj.cn/cn/job.aspx     行骗手法：在网上寻找“目标”，叫“目标”把产品样本寄过来公司（注：青岛公安局已证明，公司的地址根本不存在！！！），然后表示对产品很有兴趣，并准备了一份大订单（价值美金50万）和订货条件，邀请“目标”亲临青岛签约。洽谈期间用最快的速度使用各种手法让“目标”供钱供物，包括购买黄金，手机等贵重货品，声明要“送给当地高官”，收据也一起拿走，说要替“目标”向公司索取此费用。当发觉“目标”有所怀疑后，马上消失得无影无踪，手机也从此关机！   SCAMMER’S TECHNIQUE: Finding a “target” from the internet and pretended they are interested on the “target’s” product. Told the “target” to send product sample to their “office” in Qingdao China (P/S: The police in Qingdao had now proven that the “office address” given is not a valid address in Qingdao!!!). The scammer will then email the “target” a very professional order form (with very attractive deal – order value USD500,000) and invitation letter to invite the “target” to Qingdao to sign agreement. When the “target” is trapped into the deal, the scammer will use all possible ways to ask for advantages i.e. money, expensive phones, pure gold etc, by claiming he needs those for notary fees, something for the tax bureau or local officials. Moreover, he took away all the receipts by telling the “target” that he could help the “target” to claim back the expenses from his company. When he realized the “target” started to suspect his intention, he disappeared immediately and off his mobile!     千万别受骗！！！DO NOT TRAP INTO THIS SCAM!!! STOP THEM FROM HURTING OTHER PEOPLE!!!
