Complaint details:	Beware of dealing with mr. Tophy Yin from Mentor Intl Electronics Ltd in Shenzhen and/or HK: MENTOR INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd. Mr. Tophy YIN Tel: 0086-755-2198 3036 FAX: 0086-755-8311 7258 We sent an RFQ for purchasing 1,000pcs of an IC, and we eventually accepted their quote. They sent us a PI, and we paid that using a T/T transfer. The day AFTER he received his payment into his account ( mr Yin contacted us, and said that: - he did NOT receive any payment, and - he had made a mistake in the quote, he had quoted us the price of the wrong items. He "corrected" the PI (_after_ payment !) with the new (much higher) price. We explained to him that according to his own bank, he had received the payment already, AND that we were not resposnsible for any errors in his quote and/or PI, and that we wanted our items. He just cancelled the order! Obviously, we now have neither money nor the items..

Complaint details:	Our company bought 50 pieces of a DSP with Mr. Tophy Yin said that he had in stock parts. After sending the IP with your account to deposit, then we pay him reported that he received no money, our bank said yes and he insisted that he received and did not deliver the goods and does not return our money, the Bank of China says which was credited to the account of Mr. Tophy, from what I read here on this site this is how dishonest this man acts ICs market
